Sunny flat in Passeig de Gràcia/Aragó

Hello!

I'm Pili, a University woman professor from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

I live at Barcelona, in a nice appartment, and, during academic year and some times at summer and Christmas and New Year, I like to share it.

The apartment have tree nice rooms (15 m2 the bigger), and it have a nice, sunny, big living room (20m2), a litle kitchen (with the cook, a frigo, a microwaves, the washing machine...) a toilette and a shower room.

We are well situated, at Aragon street, near Passeig de Gràcia. It is a nice place, at the Barcelona's Eixample, in the very center of the city. Here you have, in the picture, our general wiew.

I will like to rent it per month (better during all the year), and I prefer rent it to a nice, calm, accurate persons. Price is 450 euros per month (one person, plus expenses - expenses are usually 27 euros per month). Price can be a little cheaper if you stay for a long. There is also a fiance-assurance as a guarantee that returns at the end of the stance.

Pili

The apartment have tree single rooms with a nice 90cm bed. Every thing is new, so, I hope you feel comfortable!

Direct Sun light!

The apartment is very sunny! Sun comes directly from 9 to 15:30 of the afternoon, but we have a beautifull tipical example blinds to make it as soft and calid as you want.

Modernista

All the apartment has the modernista's floor and ceeling. An historic stile from example houses of Barcelona.

The meddium room

This is the meddium room. It is 10m2 large, and it is very lightfull in spite I took this pictures at night!
It is cheaper than the big one, 425 euros a month.

The smallest room

This beautifull red room is the smallest one. In spite of this, it has a big wardrop, with three bodies too, the same as the other rooms.
It is the unique room that don't has direct day light. That's why I usually don't rent it, but it is here, if anybody of us need it!

The toilette

Every thing is new. The toilette too. I keep it clean and nice.

Here the bath-room

I have the shower separately from the rest of the bathroom. So, one person can take a shower while another is at the toilete.

The little kitchen

This is the little kitchen we have.
It has microwave, washing machine, frigo, a nice table wiht chairs.... We cook with electricity burners.
